From Nov. 20-22, 2025 in Rimini<\/strong>, Masterwood hosted MasterDays 2025, three days dedicated to technology, discussion and live demonstrations<\/strong>, at its headquarters.<\/p>\n\n

The event was a success beyond expectations, with concrete energy made up of showroom visits, machines in operation and lots of technical questions. An international event<\/strong> that told important numbers, over 327 visitors from 179 different companies from more than 19 countries in every part of the world<\/strong>, a result that confirms how closely the market is following the evolution of the Masterwood family and our solutions. <\/p>\n\n

MasterDays are not just a showcase, they are a time for real dialogue<\/strong> with those who work daily in the field of professional woodworking.<\/p>\n\n

The most anticipated innovations: edging, sectioning and automation<\/h2>\n\n

During this 2025 edition , we presented several new features<\/strong> to professionals working in the wood industry, with a focus on industrial edgebanding, panel sizing, and automation<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Inside our showroom, participants had the opportunity to observe our new solutions up close and in operation<\/strong>, engaging directly with our technical and sales staff.<\/p>\n\n

One of the absolute stars of MasterDays 2025 was the XY 450 AR panel sizing machine<\/strong><\/a>, a system designed for those seeking an efficient, organized workflow suitable for structured production.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

New MX 709 industrial edgebanding machines<\/h3>\n\n

There was also great interest in our new industrial edgebanding proposal<\/strong>, the MX 709 model<\/a>, which garnered curiosity and questions about both the finished result and integration in the department.<\/p>\n\n

The PILOT MS + MASTERSTORE panel saw<\/h3>\n\n

The PILOT MS integrated with MASTERSTORE vertical warehouse was presented during the event.<\/p>\n\n

The new PILOT MS panel saw<\/strong> also delivers top performance on plastics, composite materials and technical panels<\/strong>, ensuring clean and precise cuts on any surface, with a range of sizes to meet all production requirements. This panel saw is complete with post forming<\/em><\/strong>, a device designed to enable the cutting of panels that are already edged, postformed or have a rounded or coated edge, without chipping or burning the edge.<\/p>\n\n

All this is then integrated with the MASTERSTORE<\/strong>, a large-scale automated storage system designed to support the organization and management of materials<\/strong> in a more orderly and efficient manner, thus achieving uninterrupted productivity.<\/p>\n\n
