The new MX-609 is designed to handle complex processes and ensure high production volumes. It is equipped with controlled axis operating groups such as the entry guide, pressure rollers, trimmer and edge scraper, whose adjustment is simple and precise thanks to the intuitive user interface.
Fine trim and Edge scraper
The fine trim unit is equipped with two high frequency motors and four servomotors, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
The edge scraper also with four servomotors and a copie with large diameter rotating disc and integrated air blowers for chip removal.
Technology meets usability
The MX-609 satisfies the requests for high productivity by facilitating the operator's work as much as possible. In fact, operating groups such as the upper drive belt, the panel presser which positions itself automatically according to the panel thickness, and the edge scraper which, having a double-radius knife, allow you to change the finishing radius easily.
