From Nov. 20-22, 2025 in Rimini, Masterwood hosted MasterDays 2025, three days dedicated to technology, discussion and live demonstrations, at its headquarters.
The event was a success beyond expectations, with concrete energy made up of showroom visits, machines in operation and lots of technical questions. An international event that told important numbers, over 327 visitors from 179 different companies from more than 19 countries in every part of the world, a result that confirms how closely the market is following the evolution of the Masterwood family and our solutions.
MasterDays are not just a showcase, they are a time for real dialogue with those who work daily in the field of professional woodworking.
The most anticipated innovations: edging, sectioning and automation
During this 2025 edition , we presented several new features to professionals working in the wood industry, with a focus on industrial edgebanding, panel sizing, and automation.
Inside our showroom, participants had the opportunity to observe our new solutions up close and in operation, engaging directly with our technical and sales staff.
XY 450 AR corner plant
One of the absolute stars of MasterDays 2025 was the XY 450 AR panel sizing machine, a system designed for those seeking an efficient, organized workflow suitable for structured production.
New MX 709 industrial edgebanding machines
There was also great interest in our new industrial edgebanding proposal, the MX 709 model, which garnered curiosity and questions about both the finished result and integration in the department.
The PILOT MS + MASTERSTORE panel saw
The PILOT MS integrated with MASTERSTORE vertical warehouse was presented during the event.
The new PILOT MS panel saw also delivers top performance on plastics, composite materials and technical panels, ensuring clean and precise cuts on any surface, with a range of sizes to meet all production requirements. This panel saw is complete with post forming, a device designed to enable the cutting of panels that are already edged, postformed or have a rounded or coated edge, without chipping or burning the edge.
All this is then integrated with the MASTERSTORE, a large-scale automated storage system designed to support the organization and management of materials in a more orderly and efficient manner, thus achieving uninterrupted productivity.
