You can contact us for a business consultation. Our back office collects information about your need (workmanship, materials, volume, space, budget) and answers initial questions and, if necessary, puts you in touch with the relevant salesperson in your area to define the most suitable solution.

Yes, customization is one of Masterwood’s strengths: depending on the type of machining and production goals, we can evaluate configurations and adaptations to find the most effective solution. How do I figure out what configuration I need (accessories, options, automations)?
Let’s start with your actual processing: material type, size, volume, production flow and goals. The sales team offers you a consistent configuration, avoiding oversizing and focusing on efficiency and reliability.
Delivery, inspections and CE compliance

Are the machines delivered directly from the manufacturer to the customer (dropshipping)?
No. All machines are checked by Masterwood prior to delivery.
Solid wood processing machines are designed and manufactured directly in our factories. Panel processing machines, on the other hand, are delivered to the Masterwood headquarters in Rimini, where they are subjected to technical inspections, testing, CE certification and customisation in accordance with customer requirements, before final delivery. -
What does “control and personalization” mean?
It means that the machines are unpacked and technically verified in our Rimini office. When required, custom modifications/configurations are made before delivery.

Is CE compliance included?
Machines destined for the European market are brought into CE compliance through activities and verifications performed by Masterwood before delivery.
