MasterWork

Masterwork is the graphical programming system for all Masterwood-branded machines, combining high performance and extreme ease of use.

Structured on various levels, it is a tool suitable not only for experienced users, but can also be easily used by those without programming experience on CNC machining centers.

The standard version that Masterwood supplies with the machine also allows the customer to use it in the office as a program generator and as a single programming station for all Masterwood machines.

The software is compatible with the Windows operating system.

DXF file import
It is possible to edit and execute drawings in DXF format containing technological information (extended DXF). Obviously, by importing drawings in DXF format, Masterwork therefore also makes itself open to a wide variety of dedicated programs existing on the market today.

Tool configurability
A fully graphical tool table allows each type of tool to be displayed accurately. By means of the "drag and drop" function, it is possible to pick up with the PC mouse from the tool library on the side, the desired tool and drag it within a predefined tool chart.

Suction cup placement
With Masterwork, it is possible to associate the position of worktables and suction cups parametrically with the program, creating parametric programs that adjust not only machining but also worktable positioning as parameters change.

Default macros
For executions of particular geometries it is possible to take advantage of existing graphical macros, or for dedicated algorithms it is possible to make custom macros directly in the ISO environment, and then call them up in the graphical environment by defining the working parameters here.

Many features included
You can take advantage of advanced functions, such as step-by-step graphical display of the work program, display of cutter passes on the workpiece highlighting any collisions, zoom functions, measurement functions, calculation of machining times, and verification of program correctness.
