The new MX-509 is equipped with several operating units featuring controlled axes such as the infeed guide, pressure rollers, trimmer and edge scraper. This makes it easy to adjust the operating units via user interface.
Glue tank
The glue tank is hybrid and can be used for both PUR and EVA glue. The structure of the tank prevents stagnation of glue, allowing it to always finish the remaining glue before starting the new one. The drain function also allows easy emptying and cleaning of the tank itself.
Technology & Comfort
The MX-509 meets the demands of high productivity by making the operator’s work as easy as possible. In fact, operator assemblies such as the panel presser, which automatically positions itself according to its thickness, and the edge scraper, which having a double-radius knife makes it easy to change the finishing radius, are supportive.
