The new MX-609 is designed to handle complex machining and ensure high production volumes. It is equipped with axis-controlled operating units such as the infeed guide, pressure rollers,trimmer and edge scraper, the adjustment of which is simple and precise.
Trimmer and Edge Scraper
The trimmer is equipped with two high-frequency motors and three servo motors, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
The edge scraper, also with three servo motors and a copier with a large-diameter rotating disc and built-in air blowers for chip removal.
Technology & Comfort
The MX-609 meets the demands of high productivity by making the operator’s work as easy as possible. In fact, operator assemblies such as the drag belt, the panel presser that automatically positions itself according to its thickness, and the edge scraper that having a double-beam knife makes it easy to change the finishing radius.
